some mistakes are just too obvious to be spotted easily. The problem
wasn't that the header lines weren't added but that qmail-scanner was not
run at all! ;-)

I'm running qmail-scanner on 2 different hosts. Both us spamassassin,
bitdefender and clamav. On one host the whole thing runs fine but on the
other box, the header lines that spamassassin writes never show up in the
