I have dual core amd64 with 3Gb of ram. I setup deadline for email, so
SA must report result in 100 seconds otherwise QS will just skip SA.
My limit at the moment is around 45 connections for smtp and 33

i know that load over 1 is too much, but questions is why.
In normal messages are scanning from 2 - 5 seconds (qmail-scanner,
clamav, sa) when problem occurs it take about 30 - 120 seconds to scan
one message :(
SA, clamav are from distro (debian testing) other (vpopmail, netqmail,
