u need that line QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for qmail
to work :) and those 192.0:allow
then do tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp
then RE-Start Qmail

understanding something from Abraham's post. I thought that if I
changed the tcp.smtp file that I had to run this:
tcprules /home/vpopuser/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /home/vpopuser/etc/tcp.smtp.tmp
< /etc/tcp.smtp
(I have vpopmail in
my /etc/tcp.smtp
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
192.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"
if u added those run qmailctl cdb
to reload new rules :)
