my /etc/tcp.smtp 127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="" 192.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" if u added those run qmailctl cdb to reload new rules :)
