Hi,
I use external snapshots to backup my guests. I use the 'quiesce' option to
flush and frees the guest file system with the qemu guest agent.
With the exeption of one guest, this procedure works fine. On the 'unwilling'
guest, I get this error message:
"ERROR 2016-05-25 00:51:19 | T25-bakVMS
Ok, that seems to be it.
I’ve got the ‘/’ and ‘/home’ on the same device formatted as btrfs on two
separate sub volumes.
Is there a workaround to deal with btrfs?

I had a similar issue with Win10 and Qemu... But it seemed to be a problem in
Win10. After updating the Win10, this issue was resolved.

Hi there,
This is a very interesting discussion in which I was reminded on the different
cache modes.
I have a supplementary question dough.
Sometimes if I change the cache mode of a guest system disk, the guest won't
work
properly (it hangs, crashes,...). Never yet with a nix system but It h
I have bad experiences with Windows and changing the CPU or disk
configurations. Windows doesn’t seem to handle that well.
I now always use the redhad virtual cpu (cpu64-rhel6). This way, I always can change the guest
from host without de guest having to deal with (virtual)hardware changes.
