[PyMOL] is there a way to update ribbon, sticks, etc. with new coordinates?

Hi, I have PyMol figures containing objects such as ribbons, sticks, spheres, etc. However, I have done a bit more refinement of the models and I wouldlike to read the new coordinates into the pymol .pse file and redrawthese objects from the new coordinates. Is there an easy way to do this? Matt
