The ATI drivers are a bit tricky on Linux. First, can you run
"glxgears" ok? What is the output of "glxinfo"? I just installed the
fglrx drivers on my machine and I had to hand-edit the xorg.conf file
to get it working.
What type of ATI video card is it? What distribution and version

PyMOL doesn't robustly handle solvent radius assignments that high (>
3.0). It breaks the rendering.

Hello,
I am installed VASCo in my computer which is running Windows XP.
I've also installed Python 2.4 (#60, Nov 30 2004, 11:49:19) [MSC v.1310 32
bit (Intel)] on win32
I followed the instructions to install VASCo, but when i run the test as:
python VASCo.py -testrun
