Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to draw a black outline around (or otherwise
highlight) a selection within a molecule while viewed as a surface, with the
outline not dependent on the viewing angle? Specifically, I am annotating
the ribosome (PDB 1VSA) and wish to highlight proteins L22, L23 and L24,
How do you disable cartoon_highlight_color once it
has been enabled? The command "set cartoon_highlight_color, off" does
not work in 1.2b3, as suggested by the Pymol wiki. Pymol just reports
that "off" is not a color.
