It is meant to be in C:\tmp and C:\pdb, just in Unix-style notation. How would

In fact,
Dear Pymol users,
when use "png file.png" to generate figures, how to control
the resolution (quality) of the figures?
Thanks

I have trouble in getting better quality map figuers when
using Ray. After ray, the color changes a lot and the quality
seems worse than before ray.
I am using white background. what's wrong here?
Thanks

Rongin,
For better quality maps with a white background.
set ray_trace_fog,0
set ray_shadows,0
set antialias,1
ray 1600,1200
png img.png
(it will take quite a while...)
Then open img.png using an external image viewer. It should be high
enough resolution to print nicely.
Cheers,
Warren
