Thanks to Ulrich for the quick reply to my last question, another question for the BB, how do I show a ca trace? I took my pdb (all atoms) and did grep ca etc.. so I have a pdb containing consecutively numbered ca atoms only. How do I tell pymol to draw connections between them (n+1 and n-1)?
