Camille, Stereo ray-traced images aren't available yet, but you can prepare them manually by tracing two images 5-6 degrees rotated about Y and then combining them. Labels will have to be added manually for now.
For a CA trace: set ribbon_trace,1 show ribbon If you don't want a smooth trace, then set ribbon_sampling,1 Cheers, Warren -- mailto:war...@delanoscientific.com Warren L. I took my pdb (all atoms) and did grep ca etc.. so I have a pdb containing consecutively numbered ca atoms only. How do I tell pymol to draw connections between them (n+1 and n-1)? I read that pymol has trouble with connectivity outside normal chemical bond lengths. Sorry, this sounds like it might have a very simple answer!
