[PyMOL] Creating stereo figures for pub

Hi All, I am having a small problem creating stereo figures, probably a syntax problem. Using this set of commands returns an image that looks great in stereo, but is only 640X480 (default window size) ray 2000,2000 ray angle=-3 png image_left.png ray 2000,2000 ray angle=3 png image_right.png

[PyMOL] Linux RH7.3 rpm Question

Hi All, I recently installed the rpm for pymol_0.86 (rh7.3). The program seems to be running OK, but only the main Viewer window comes up. The other external GUI window that normally launches under Windows does not come up. Is this normal for a Linux installation? What do I need to do to get it
