Hi All, I recently installed the rpm for pymol_0.86 (rh7.3). The program seems to be running OK, but only the main Viewer window comes up. The other external GUI window that normally launches under Windows does not come up. Is this normal for a Linux installation? What do I need to do to get it to launch.
