[PyMOL] Cryo-EM file with modified residues + fetch issue

Dear members, I came across a new PDB file that is related to a large ribosome obtained by Cryo-EM. The file is large and therefore only available in CIF format. 1) fetch 5AFI gives following error Warning: failed to fetch from ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org/pub/pdb/data/structures/divided/pdb/af/pdb5afi.
