Greetings PyMOL users worldwide, I am pleased to announce that we have extended Jared Sampson's Warren L. DeLano Memorial PyMOL Open Source Fellowship for 2014-2015.
Jared is working on a MolProbity plugin for PyMOL. The idea for a MolProbity plugin came up on this list last October and got upvoted by several users. Jared implemented PyMOL’s COLLADA export feature during his 2013-2014 fellowship. We enjoyed working with Jared a lot and are happy to have him as a fellow for another year. We currently have two PyMOL fellows, Osvaldo Martin and Jared Sampson. The Warren L. DeLano Memorial PyMOL Open-Source Fellowship is awarded by Schrӧdinger to supplement the income of outstanding members of the PyMOL open-source community so that they can continue to develop free resources, to progress science, and to help the community as a whole. You can read more about the PyMOL Open Source Fellowship Program and the fellows here http://pymol.org/fellowship.
