Hello:
Is there any way to change the color of the underside of a surface. Right
now it is a very dark version of the top color. I would like to be able
to look at the surface contour from underneath.

need to make a bond between the protein and ligand
since they form a covalent complex. When I use 'bond'
command, pymol requires that two bonded atoms are in
