I am currently using the open source edition so I have no dashboard. The
idea of an agent based log analysis makes sense, however checking each
agent for logs will become tedious. My obvious solution would be to write
a simple client/server tool. The agents check in on sta
showing no negative side effects.

I have 180 laptops of 8 different vendors that I wish to configure through
puppet. Each has the vendor standard installations (annoying anti-virus
software, special backup tools, etc). I'd like to remove all this software

I also know that puppet can control the registry values.
