blame RedHat because standarization is really
not an easy thing to do. Just like that M$ thing...:)
BTW, wine installation is a little bit different from other normal Linux
softwares. Make sure you run ./tools/winecheck first and do fix or take
care of all the problems that the winecheck show

4. do what the manual tells you to do.

try to compile it in Windows and wine it in Linux. Most probably that

I installed a RedHat 8.0
Linux on the primary hard disk of a laptop.
Then I removed this hard disk
from the internal slot and I connected it through the USB port.
Now I would like to boot from
a CD-Rom that then would use the USB Disk as the “system” disk.

Hallo list, I moved /var/www/ to another partition /home/localnet.
Apache works after I modified the conf file accordingly. But, php
doesn't work anymore and all my *.php files only display blank white
pages with nothing in it.
What shall I do? What should I modify in this case?
