Hi all,
KDE 3.1 is out. Is Red Hat going to make some sort (at least unofficial)
of RPM packages or we must roll our own ?

It is stated that last line (Allow interrupts during APM BIOS calls)

I want to install Red Hat 8 server and to have clients logged from X

now you have your linux system. Edit /etc/lilo.conf if it is needed, and
then just type lilo, so it will reinstall itself.

Try using Xnest, it is X server nested in window. If it is not
installed, it is in package XFree86-Xnest...

You should link it to /dev/ttyUSB1, and make it 666. So
ln -s /dev/ttyUSB1 /dev/pilot
chmod 666 /dev/ttyUSB1
should do the job. At least it works for me, I use VisorPro USB.

You should make /dev/ttyUSB1 666, not symbolic link.

It seems that your X Windows are not configured properly. Login as root

It cannot properly determine monitor. Try
redhat-config-xfree86 --help
which will list all options. Try setting some of them manually.
