Your mobo doesn't have on-board SCSI controller, so what controller do you use ?
You can set the BIOS boot sequence in your "BOOT" menu in "1st to 8th Boot
Device" and make sure you choose SCSI over IDE-HDD.
And try to set Plug & Play O/S to "Disable"

Remove this:
["|IFS=' ' && exec /usr/local/bin/procmail -f- || exit 75 #eo"]
I don't think it has been necessary from Red Hat Linux 7 forward.

Although I resolved this problem prior to hitting the send button, I thought
I would send this e-mail anyway for future searches on this list.

Our cable provder supplies two dhcp ips in their standard non-commercial

Hello,
I'm trying to understand better how and how much psyche relies on
xft2/fontconfig for centralized font management. I'm already studying
the Release notes, man pages, and the several RH 8.0 official guides.
What else should I read?
TIA,

Hello,
on Dec 22 I posted here the message pasted below. None of the
suggestion worked, including upgrading to the latest psyche kernel.
Adding append="pci=biosirq" to lilo.conf only causes a kernel panic.
Eventually I submitted the problem to Dave Hinds, the pcmcia-cs
maintainer. This is his ans
