hat you have right kernel installed. Boot into rescue mode
and check (rpm -q kernel). Since you have AMD processor, you shold have
AMD kernel also.

starts, starts level, and then crashes and completely kills my machine.

Well, I already read all of them, and did
interrupts during APM BIOS calls
It is stated that last line (Allow interrupts during APM BIOS calls)
should fix problem, but it doesn't, it still hangs. Any idea or
suggestion ?

You should link it to /dev/ttyUSB1, and make it 666. So
ln -s /dev/ttyUSB1 /dev/pilot
chmod 666 /dev/ttyUSB1
should do the job. At least it works for me, I use VisorPro USB.
