Mutt seems to have lost the ability to use the line drawing characters in its threaded mode when run in a terminal emulator. I'm using rxvt with a 7x14 font and have tried both env LC_ALL=en_US mutt and env LC_ALL=C mutt but no luck. I've also tried xterm. On the other hand, slrn seems to ha
