As a PDF reader I use Sumatra PDF (https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/free-pdf-reader) which is by far the smallest and least bloated that I've found. I haven't used them but apparently it has command line options including for printing: -print-to-default : Prints all files indicated on this com
