I'm aware of that.
I had asked these guys to install it themselves and not rely on the OEM
purchase.
They could not get the 64 bit hardware to even recognise the installer.

hardware, I'm not sure how signif

If everything fails, you could always just install a Win32 version in a
local HyperV or VM-Player.

They have stopped releasing 32 bit OEM builds as of Windows 10 2004. So all new
machines from OEMs are 64 bit, as are all OEM installers. It could be that. I
bet an off the shelf 32 bit consumer SKU would work.
