I'm aware of that.
I had asked these guys to install it themselves and not rely on the OEM 
purchase.
They could not get the 64 bit hardware to even recognise the installer.

I found this info after I first sent the email and since I don't work with 
hardware, I'm not sure how significant this is. I sent it to them.

Only 64 Bit Windows OS support a UEFI Boot, so if you want to install 32 Bit 
you will need to use a Legacy Boot.
In the UEFI BIOS Setup you need:
• Disable Secure Boot
• Enable Legacy a Legacy Boot
• Enable Legacy ROMS
The Bootable USB should be made with Rufus. Use:
• The MBR Partition Scheme
• NTFS Format

They have stopped releasing 32 bit OEM builds as of Windows 10 2004. So all new 
machines from OEMs are 64 bit, as are all OEM installers. It could be that.  I 
bet an off the shelf 32 bit consumer SKU would work.
