I am having a problem with some legitimate emails being rejected by header and/or body checks. Both the header and body checks are from Jeffrey Posluns' write up,without any mods. I was thinking about something I wrote here a couple of days ago. A 450 response from my server being delivered to the original sender is a mistake - isn't it? Everything I have read to date seems to indicate that 4xx codes are temporary conditions between SMTP endpoints. But as I am new to this I

I am thinking of switching to Ubuntu 8.10 LTS server, however when I look at the Postfix configuration it seems somewhat odd. I don't want to start a flame war, but I would like to hear what people think about things like "dynamicmaps" and other oddities of the Ubuntu Postfix configuration. TIA JL
