I set up postfix + dovecot and know that I want to have mailing lists I
decided to install mailman.
Everything is working except that I cannot send emails to my mailing
list (and this is quite important, don't you think?).
When I'm sending a mail to my mailing list (t...@too.gy), I get a repl
ity.
Does anyone know of a way to force the bounce of a deferred message (based
on queueid or perhaps some other more elegant way of achieving this?

people think of FreeBSD as a platform for Postfix. It's obviously not
as easy to maintain as Ubuntu, but it does have a reputation for

you (or anyone else) is aware of a howto for setting up signing
only in amavisd-new I'd appreciate it. The documentation describes the
setup for verification and signing, since I don't want verification
I'm still a little lost on what's still necessary and what isn't. Will

Can anyone recommend a method to do the signing without such a large
performance hit?
I'm already using amavisd-new with clamav for incoming mail, so I was

to want AUTH LOGIN on smtps. Thunderbird on the otherhand will use
AUTH PLAIN just fine.

I saw something similar to this on my mail server about 3 months ago. I ran
the ip address via whois and I was under a dictionary attack from a server
in China. I put a rule on my firewall to drop the connections from the ip
address range that was returned in the whois check and stopped it.

Mike Cappella made it to easy to refuse to install despite it
postfix-logwatch not being in the 7.10 repositories. 1.37.08 is installed
and I like the reports even more than I did the others.
