With authoritative servers over UDP, there's no blocking, they
can just drop your query and not reply. They're not blocking,
just your resolver is.

smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
this means all incomming ports now support sasl auth, so thats why bots
try it on port 25
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous
