anything useful with the keywords I was using. I've tried to play with
some configurations, but couldn't find a reliable solution so far.

usually a unmodified postfix setup is the easiest upgrade
and i am user since 2.4 with partly real complex setups
never seen any postfix update hurting me like mo

Thanks for the info.
So if email comes in from any xxx.gmail.com address, then it will not
be relayed to "alias" gmail accounts?
Should I be checking with the gmail folks?

Trying to setup postfix so that incoming email is relayed to the alias
"test" listed in the /etc/aliases. Want all mail to be relayed to other
accounts/users, ie gmail, yahoo, $mydomain

I want to send copies of e-mails sent to a user first@ to be sent to another
user second@. I have the following alias:
first: first, second
However, if user second@ sends e-mail to first@, he receives a copy of that
e-mail. How to configure postfix so that the copy is not sent?

Our current Postfix setup for outgoing e-mail uses three different
entries for different type of e-mail from our university. This is
accomplished by three different names, e.g. smtp1.example.com,
smtp2.example.com and smtp3.example.com, pointing to three differ
