Hi,
I am wondering how many Spicefly Sugarcube users have stuck with v3
versus gone with v4. I didn't realise v4 was out until I formatted my
server and reinstalled after changing motherboard. I am considering
getting my archived v3.51 out and installing it but am trying a trial
licence on v4.
I have had a similar experience with BBC 3 HD recently. I had moved to a
powerline network but the problem seams to be with them.

I look for internet radio under Internet Radio. I don't like the My Apps
thing. I reckon the menus should be structured thematically. Please
don't put iplayer under apps.

How can I control the cache size? I am rich in disk space and don't
want to waste download allowance.
Is the cacheing all automatic or can I request a file is cached say by
starring it?

have been missing the MusicMagic mixes. The MusicIP site
appears to have gone. I have a licence for the software.
Is it still possible to get all the software running?
Is there a more modern way of getting the same effect (on demand
mixes)?

where does LastFM store it's user name and password? I think there is
perhaps some unusual interaction here that is making both plug ins log
in and therefore Slimscrobbler cannot submit?
Is this possible? Just a theory :)

NOD32 is a grat antivirus. Try the trial version of it. (No firewall
with it though).
If you decide to use NOD32 you will need to follow these instructions
though and then it works:

and the installs were all clean i.e. deleted the previous plugins
directory first.
The only thing that I must confess is that (to solve another problem) I
am running Drake Draper (i.e. a development version of Ubuntu however I
did have this problem before the upgrade

Hmmm something is wrong. With that spec of machine you should be flying
through it. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling MMM.
MMM doesn't use very much in the way of resources on my machine.
Do you have current antivirus running on your machine?

yes. That's exactly what I am saying. Other possibilities like
disabling the IMON module of NOD32 will not work. Socketwrapper.exe
must be added to the IMON exclusion list.

Hmmm I couldn't see instructions so I ran this "C:\Program
Files\SlimServer\server\slim.exe" --d_plugin --d_source
--d_remotestream --logfile log.txt
