I sincerely think that the location (where to keep updates) is best
decided by the person who keeps such info. Our interests should be
just to know where they are...

I read both the links you cited... they provide valuable inputs about
status of firefox... support for indic languages
As far as Linux goes, currently I am tempted to say "Konqueror Rules"
due to it's full support for indic languages...

Though both marathi and hindi use devanagari lipi (script) there are
differences in the character sets of both... hence Hindi can't handle
marathi in 100% of the cases, so is the case in case of Hindi. Hindi
can not be fully covered by Marathi..
