That's a very good idea which i think is best implemented by somebody who is already having status of all indic language related development...
Others can only help by pointing out (citing) the shortcomings... and making suggestions as the average user may not be aware of many intricacies (twists and turns) of the issue.. And people of different origins and languages should take lead into this... (that a wishing on my part... ) आणि आपण सर्वान्नी त्याचा वापर करणे आवश्यक आहे तरच टेस्टिंग पूर्ण होईल... :-)
