Try Pencil Sketching, a Firefox plugin (Win/Linux). It does not
support interactive wire frames exactly.
But you can quickly draw screens with it even sketchy GUI's.

Thus I think any distro with xfce would do.
So then better to go for distro with large developer and community base.
So I recommend xubuntu.
Xubuntu does not support all media types that's why I suggested Zenwalk or
Dreamlinux. My personal choice is xubuntu though.

about both of them is that they run XFCE desktop, and support
all media types. [Dreamlinux has Mac OSX like look and is very hard to
configure it back to linux look]

Hello List
I need to use kernel 2.4.27 on my xubuntu installation. I have
installed the kernel using synaptic.
My problem is when I try to boot using the kernel from grub it gives a
"VFS: unable to mount root on 0:0" kernel panic error
Below are the partial contents of my menu.lst file. the comm
ring music could show me the ID3 tags correctly while windows media
player still shows other characters.
How's that?

It worked by creating the users with /sbin/nologin as
a shell. The articals pointed by Shantanoo's google
query were very good as a supplementary material for
fine tunning.
