Tata Photon Plus net connect is not detected on Ubuntu 14.04.

what are you trying to do with cpp and java?
Are you compiling some programs? What commands are you using?
For cpp I would recommend using Anjuta. It has a nice GUI and integrates
all the components well.

Try burning at a lower speed. I have seen that with Moser Baer, i
generally need to write at 24x or sometimes at 16x. I have not tried to
find the reason for this (could be drive or media) though for your case
it seems the drive is the problem.

the device should be /dev/usb/ttyUSB{0,1,2...}
I think it was /dev/usb/ttyACM earlier.
You need the "acm.(k)o" module to get this device USB modems working.

interface/device that it detects and assigns.
I have also seen somthing like a USB to serial connector for Reliance. Is
