I do not have any arm* devices, and so can not remove the block to pushing
`clisp' to jessie-backports.
I shall therefore build my own `clisp' packages for my own repository, and
insert the `~bpo8+1' string in the DEB package titles as recommended by <
http://backports.debian.org/

problem's solved there's no reason to not have it in backports. Any help
