Dear php community,
I just migrated from php4 to php5. After
starting the Apache 2.0.49 the following error message comes up:
"PHP Startup: Unable
to load dynamic library 'c:\php5\ext\php_iconv.dll' - The module can not be
found."
The php_iconv.dll ist need to convert between
characte
o: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to sapi/cli/php
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `sapi/cli/php'

I dont mind if everything is compiled as 32 but dont know how to.

in the "PHP and Apache 2 on Linux," it states:
10. ./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
With RH Linix 8.0 install, there does not appear to be an Apache apxs file
available for the configure run (realizing the RH Apache install
