I've made this work by mapping the PDF_ below to the corresponding pdf_ in the /usr/local/lib/pdflib.a and removing the get_image_height and get_image_width functions in ext/pdf/pdf.c The question of course, is why did i have to do this, and what should I have done to fix this properly?
