I downloaded PHP5 and after I extracted the file...
I couldn't find the files such as php5ts.dll,
php.ini.
Could you people help me about

After extracting PHP5, you will find under
root directory,
For php.ini, there are two files php.ini-dist,
and php.ini-recommended, you can use either of these files. Second file
recommended and rename to php.ini
And php5ts.dll under root directory. Go
through the Install.txt and follo
