I have recently installed PHP 4.2.3, and am randomly getting the
following error intermittantly on PHP pages. If i do get it, a simple
refresh in the browser brings up the desired page.
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory
in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Failed
I get an error when i try to start Apache
when i have made PHP as an module.
The error says:
Cannot load /websrv/progrs/apache2/modules/libphp4.so
into server: /websrv/progrs/apache2/modules/libphp4.so: Undefined Symbol
"pthread_getspecific"
And Apache refuses to start.

I hope that it's the right place for my question: I'm trying to use php with an
apacher server (apache-1.3.9-7mdk) on a linux 2.2.13-7mdk station.
Here is the message appened to the log file at the server startup:

I've got a little problem. I've installed Apache 1.3.22 for Windows, all
pretty succesful. After that I installed Perl, all goes well. When I start
Apache I can run the perl files so everything goes well. But now I've
unpacked the php-set into the root and I want to run all the php-files
