[PHP-INST] PHP Error

Hi,
    I am trying to install PHP4 with apache. I am
getting an error under debug.log when I install this. 
can anybody tell me this because of what? & What is
the solution for this? Attached is the debug file.
Linux version is Redhat 7.1 & PHP is 4
