In you PWS settings, select advance opition, and select the Home folder,
right click and select properties, then check the execute and confirm it.

I wondered if you
Trying to use PHP4.0 with PWS4 on Win98.
CGI works fine from dos prompt, e.g., c:\php>php phptest.php , and get
expected output.
But, when tried with IE Browser 5, a blank screen appears. View souce option
reveals the original file.
Following is the error message I'm getting:
