Trying to use PHP4.0 with PWS4 on Win98. CGI works fine from dos prompt, e.g., c:\php>php phptest.php , and get expected output. But, when tried with IE Browser 5, a blank screen appears. View souce option reveals the original file.
Following is the error message I'm getting: HTTP Error 403 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden This error can be caused if you try to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed. Please contact the Web server's administrator if the problem persists. A php file called "phptest.php" is located under "c:\inetpub\webpub" folder. What am I doing wrong? Please advise, thank you.
