I am trying to load PHP 5.0.5 on my XP pro PC using IIS 5.1. I have followed
all the details on the install.txt and advice on the php.net website. For
some reason I can not get PHP and IIS to talk with each other. Any help
would be appreciated. I want to learn PHP but can't until I get by this

Apxs isn't under that directory, cant find it with a find, nor when
doing a locate. Only one file comes up when using locate, and that's a
man file.
