Hi. I want to begin helping develop postgresql.
I have an up-to-date computer, a dell dimension 4600, built with lots of extras. I have an MS in CS, and have worked with postgres in industry.
Can someone tell me what software I need? I guess I need a compiler. What compiler do I need? What else
interesting.

worked on suns for a long time. i plan to buy a used pc to begin helping out
with postgresql. my question is, what would be a good buy? what is the
oldest model of PC that i could buy and be able to use to work on stuff
I too got somehow on the list without subscribing. Something is wrong. But I
like it and will stay on. :)
