hi all. i want to begin contributing work to stuff on the todo list. i have worked on suns for a long time. i plan to buy a used pc to begin helping out with postgresql. my question is, what would be a good buy? what is the oldest model of PC that i could buy and be able to use to work on stuff on the todo list for a year or two years or three? i am pretty ignorant as far as PC's go. just have not kept up or had motivation to. but am going to now. thanx! there is a large used computer store near me in northern virginia. i have around 300 dollars to invest. thanx! looking forward to hearing some intersting responses!
