I am on windows and installed pgadmin server side using the pgadmin4-v1-web
package and then use browser to access.
It’s a bit more work but I am happy with pgadmin4 after that.

I just changed from Windows desktop to SERVER_MODE with apache and it is
completely different app.
So much faster. Looks like there is something seriously wrong with the Qt
implementation.
Plus I only have to install it once.
It’s a pain to setup in server mode though.

platform(s) does pg_agent need to be built on? The "service" aspect
suggests the db host, but the requirement for WxWidgets suggests it's

The quick search keys in the object browser window seem to operate a
little differently. They will now search the children of the
(unexpanded) currently selected node as well as the currently expanded
nodes. I don't recall it doing that before.

is always blank, as well as the Start column on 'Locks.' Is there a server side

I did find an older version of that dll in the system32 directory.
Reinstalling 1.2 after deleting it did allow the 1.2 installation program to
drop the newer version of that dll into the system32 directory.
