[pgadmin-support] Building pg_agent

I'm currently running PG 9.1 on Linux, and PgAdmin on Windows.  Which
platform(s) does pg_agent need to be built on?  The "service" aspect
suggests the db host, but the requirement for WxWidgets suggests it's
building a GUI component...
