após baixar via Windows o software: pgAdmin 4 v9.1 (released Feb.28,2025)
Não consigo executar e nem abrir o programa. O que fazer prezados?
Fico no aguardo dessa grande ajuda e auxlio...

Me he bajado pgadmin4-6.19-x64.
Comienza a instalar y casi al final me da un mensaje si permito que c++
2017 haga cambios en mi ordenador. Le pongo que si y no hace nada y el
programa no se instala.
Que estoy haciendo mal?
