Hi,
I know this isn't a very clear picture. Can anyone tell me what this is? I'm
worried it might be a termite.
Thanks!

Hi,
I found this large red ant looking insect today. It's redder than the picture
shows. I also found about 50 of these tiny flying insects in several traps. I
know the pictures are not great but hoping someone can identify them.
Thank you!!!

Hi,
We are seeing booklice in traps in our collections storage area in one of my
parks. The humidity is in a good or even at times a lower range. I know
cleanliness and humidity control is a good defense against them. Is there
anything else we should be doing?
Thank you!

You have had an ID done and are certain they are booklice and not springtails?
