How does one insert a fild that contains a diacritic,
i.e. Biblioth{grave}eque nationale de france?

to CPAN I would appreciate peer review from perl4lib subscribers.
It's perl-only module (as opposed to OpenIsis which is depreciating it's
XS binding) and has support just for reading. It's developed for WebPAC
